Taylor V. Smith (Syrus), Director of Operations

As the chief operating officer, Taylor sets the vision for network-wide development. He oversees content production, community advancement, and customer outreach, ensuring that Stratics remains true to its mission “to serve the player and assist the developer in constructing tomorrow’s fantasy, while facilitating the optimal gaming environment today.” Moreover, he leads day-to-day operations and manages network resources. Karina (Airmid), Director of Business Development

As the Director of Business Development, Karina works to improve relationships with our sponsors, affiliates, and business partners to ensure that we are meeting their collective needs. She also leads marketing efforts and manages Stratics' brand strategy. Finally, she facilitates network-wide enrichment of Stratics' human capital to ensure that our staff feel appreciated and motivated.

Cirno, Director of Content

As Director of Content, Cirno oversees network-wide content production, establishes content guidelines, provides portal-related training, and hires and supports Managing Editors.

John (Pinnique), Community Director

As Community Director, Pinnique leads network outreach to game publishing companies and other potential partners. He is also responsible for community events and promotions, as well as the development of Stratics' social presence on the Internet.

Petra Fyde, Stratics Forum Administrator

Petra performs network-wide forum management. She takes the lead in adding forums, staffing moderators, issuing infractions, and generally improving the forum community. Petra is also the Managing Editor of Stratics' largest section, the Ultima Online Stratics Section.

Magdalene, Stratics Forum Administrator

Magdalene is the longest-serving Stratics Forum Administrator currently on staff. She collaborates with Petra on staffing moderators, handles escalated disputes, reviews ban appeals, and provides general guidance to all forum staff.
