A matter of size?

Galloping around Ilsh chasing graverobbers I am reminded of the strange disparity of size between male savage warriors and their female counterparts, not to mention the savage shamans etc.

I've always wondered, is this disparity deliberate, or is is simply a mistake that never got fixed?

Is this in the EC or Legacy client? If this is in the Legacy client then I have no idea. The savage races were put in the game long before I showed up on the scene. It would be a very odd thing indeed, and seem to be counter intuitive to the approach they took with makes and females in general.

If this was in EC client, I would guess that this is a mistake.

On CC the savages uses the human body and also have the paperdoll, on EC they are like petra said and also have no paperdoll.

Apolgies, I should have said, this is EC client.
Here are pictures, my hidden character beside a female warrior and beside a male warrior

As you can see, the male is considerably smaller.

Wow. Not sure how we missed that - Added to my "Do List".

    Thanks!

FYI, I fixed the size issue, and I had no problem seeing the Savage paper dolls for both males and females, so I'm marking this task as FIXED unless someone else has problems with them after the next publish.

One more fix needed for them. On the left is corpse of a grave robber, on the right is one of a male savage.

You should ask that whoever makes the patch notes be sure to include art changes/fixes so people know what to look for...

Well, it didn't make the patch notes - but it did make it to test center. The savage warriors are now all the same size, male or female, alive or dead.

    Thank you.

Yea, that was actually my fault, but I'm blaming Mesanna anyway. They will be in the patch notes a little later.

By the way i have found a few little art bugs in the EC, i reported them a long time ago, but who knows iam posting them here.
littlebugs.jpg The Darkknight is too small and our female healer has wrong hair displayed in the paperdoll. The second is not so important, but the darkknight also the animation for the Harrower is too small for its strength ;)

Also i dont know if it is fixed yet, the effects bug for arrows, lightnings and eagle strikes are sometimes appearing very big on the screen, i think if the monster hitting it is in a special direction and animation position, this is also a major glitch for me!

Yeah you should see Mesanna's hair in the EC. *smiles*

Thanks for this! I'll have a look into these. I'll add them to my to- do list a little later on.

    Cheers!

    ...

I know the hairstyle on paperdoll issue is that the hair for the old female character model (when it was the same form as the male in KR) is still being used. The placement of the head between the female and male models is different thus the placement of the hair on a couple of hairstyles for females is out of place.
