Sorry I had to leave after only 30 minutes mates... as some of you know my Father-in-law is fighting the good fight against cancer. He received some bad news earlier this week and had a rough night last night. I know many of you have shared similar experiences with loved ones and know the toll it can take on all involved.

It sounds like the training session will be rescheduled so I am looking forward to it!
