I've been farming the regular BE in shame lvl 3 lately. Can bardsongs be dispelled off you? I've noticed that while fighting them my bardsong is no longer active and I have to reactive it. It's not because I ran out of mana, I very seldom drop below 50 mana. Anyone else notice this or is this a bug I should report?
Discord Bard songs have a round limit depending on your skill. Also if you get hit your songs can be interrupted.
ya the provo and peace ones can be hit off ya if you take enough damage. and the disco one can be hit off ya and it also times out after..... 14 seconds?
Disco ones time out after 5-14 Rounds (I think depending on skill) So thats between 10 and 28 seconds.
Just tested on a ruddy boura. Went 11 Rounds with Despair before it died. (1 round = 2 seconds) so thats 22 seconds total. Tribulation on a chicken lizard lasted 14 rounds. (28 seconds) 4x 120 bard. -------- 13 Rounds on a lowland boura before it died.
you know what, that could be, i dont hunt anything that low level. i hunt like unbound EVs and Dark Fathers and the such. what it probably is is based on barding diff or something, and scaled to that. cause i know the stuff i hunt it lasts like 14 seconds.
Poo, do you actually solo the gauntlet or do you run with a group? If you do solo, how about some pointers, would love to give it ago. Also, what template do you use for it?
i have soloed it, but i go in with a guild mate or 2 now, just cause i get bored if i dont have anyone to talk to, not out of necessity to stay alive or anything like that. i usually take in my pure bard. and just disco and provo everything. when with my guild mates i tend to take in either my disco tamer or my disco melee guy.
