So you can buy most skills up to 40 in New Haven, but I cannot find anywhere to buy the discord skill up to 40 (found a few bards, but they only train up to 28) Anyone know where to buy up to 40 skill? Thanks,
Yeah I did. The bards in New Haven only sold to like 26. The ones in Brit were able to charge me 15 more gold to up my skill to 28 Just seems odd that you can buy any other skill up to 40, but nada on Bard skills.
look for the NPCs labeled bardic GUILDMASTER they typically can get ya up to the highest. that said, there are a couple skills where they will only get ya up to like 28-33
