(Question) Cant Find new dungon

I did upgrade to Stygian Abyss. my problem is .. i have noooo idea how to get into this new dungon.. i went to fire island and knowticed a new are.. to the north west.. but.. uhhh.. that was it..

is there some quest to get into this dungon? can you mark runes near the entrence or inside the dungon? should i just spam in general chat to get there? haha..

any help would be great.. thanks
