I am looking to sell a castle, what is the going rate for a tram castle on grass? I currently have 3, 2 near brit x-roads and one in scara brae Elf.
Depends on Location and buyers but Tram ones 300-700m Fel ones 150-300m But I suggest you wait untill after Summer to sell many people are on vacation and if you want the buyers to give you a good price you can auction them off. I would like one but atm. I don't need it maybe next month when we get close to the Clean up Brit and need more storage. i might go for one
The skara one is flippg awesome...one of the best castles....good luck with that my pricing would be skara +5/600.possibly a tadge more 3 ways miniumn 400 each good luck
Are you at all thinking of selling them seperately - because from the above it reads as they are being sold as a package.
