Couple of oddities on Europa since publish went live

I notice that outside Yew Abbey there are now TWO monks offering the Cloak of Life quest. Since the ghosts are long gone from Magincia and you cannot complete the quest this is somewhat overegging the pudding

I also see that there are no fighters INSIDE the Jhelom fighters pit, plenty at the rooms at each end but none actually inside, it was the same yesterday but I thought it was just chance.

I wonder what else is new?.
