I mean the drop rates for the new Artifacts that used to drop from Level 3 + Level 4 critters aprox. all 2 hours in the past.... They seem to drop now all 10 hours killing or so... Thank you
Ok it was "only" 10 hours gametime for a drop and it came from a high level 3 critter in the backyard of level 3... *sigh*

I call BS on this, it happens EVERY new patch, in the beginning the items drop like rain, then "oh shite" we are dropping too many, quick turn down the drop rate. What is test for and QC? oh and Origin?

That wep is really meant for PvP, with the Splintering Weapon effect. It'd just lose Dur WAY too fast for PvM, considering every time Splintering Weapon procs, it loses 10 Dur. It's an incredibly sick weapon in PvP too, so much so, that i've seen people use Item Bless Deeds on them.

Ok so let me ask this question again, in a different way: Dev's you did not change anything on the drop "system" of Artifacts (real Artifacts, not the ones you get to unravel from Corpses) in Covetous, right? Is it possible, something changed on this you are not aware of? I ask because i still didnt get a drop and now i am realy at around 20 hours gametime fighting at Covetous Level 3+4. And BEFORE the last patch, we were able to get a drop aprox. all 2 hours fighting there.... Sorry, but i dont want to give up on this
it's RANDOM. not some type of drop that just happens based on the number of hours spent attempting to get the drop. if something has a 1% chance to drop, it will always be 1%, no matter how many times you attempt to get it. the more hours spent doesn't increase the chance that something will drop.
Before the last patch I was fighting there for MANY. MANY HOURS and never got a single drop. I suspect you were just lucky if you were getting them every 2 hrs, in which case count yourself or your group extremely lucky. The dev already answered and said they have made no change. Today I finally got my FIRST drop there, and I suspect it would be close on 30 hrs of fighting there in total.
Ok first post Saturday at 245 - 5 hours later and its saturday at 745 and you have played 10 hours of game time ????? - I am sorry but this post is becoming an incessant whine. What type of char are you fighting with to kill off enough monsters to get drops every 2 hours let alne 10 hours/. It has been stated NOTHING has changed!!!! And you have recieved your answer, be happy with what you have already recieved and are still recieving especially if you are playing as much as you appear to be. I somtimes wish i had the time others have to put into their adventures.
I started to post several hours after i started the farming at Covetous...ok, maybe it was only 3-4 hours + 5 more hours till i got the drop.. I am fine with all the answers...if nothing has been changed than i consider myselfe very lucky to receive so much drops in the past and have to life with it... Still it was very obscure the drops changed suddenly after the patch - it's always free to ask, right?
True no harm in asking, they are still dropping just FYI I have been doing it with a no luck suit about to change to a luck one for a bit and test some theories. I believe luck is still screwey.
