Hullo fellow Council members, I would like to now propose a date be set for all proposals concerning this next Rares Festival. Once that date is reached no proposals received after that date will count for this upcoming Rares Festival. The Atl proposal is currently the only one in (although there are others in the works) and I am sure they would like a date to plan around. How long does the community think is reasonable? A week from now? Two? A month?
