Does Hit Leech 200% restore more than Hit Leech 100%? I don't think the effect can't happen more than every swing (such as twice in one hit) but when Focus Attack takes a Leech over 100% can the effect surpass its normal cap, or does it still just cap out at 40% for Mana/30% for Life?
