   on stratics it has a page that says "5% bonus that stacks with hci and skill bonus (gargoyle's hit chance cap has been increased to 50%)"
   
   so does this mean i need to have 50 hci cap or that i only need 45 hci and 5 hci comes for being gargoyle?

   you just need 45 HCI and with the 5 from racial, you will hit 50 HCI.
