What's the housing situation on the shard like these days? Possible to place a Large Tower, Keep, 18 x 18 or Castle? Possible to do any near water?
Depends on the facet I think but I've been back to the game about a month and easily found a place for a keep in a well known location in fel about 3 weeks in.
It would still be hard to place a castle here. It might be possible to place a keep but it would take some searching, however there are occasions where people give them away. Placing an 18x18 in a decent location, by water, by mountains, whichever facet, etc will be relatively easy.
It's not too hard to place an 18x18 on any fact. With minimal effort you can probably find a nice spot.
I caught the castle issue this morning along with all the "scripting!" comments. Heh. Speaking of which: How do you use Global chat in the Classic Client?
Yea pretty much anyone who manages to place a castle/keep is a scriptor *Points to self*. Even though the housing changes made it impossible to script place... it is now fully based on the luck of the click landing when the spots RANDOM timer turns off allowing placement. That won't slow down the finger pointers any . k I'm done nerd raging.

Wow, I'm glad I read this. I have gone months wondering how to use the help chat and was always too embarrassed to ask. Now I know and knowing is the half the battle!
