Let me verify before I mess up

Ok. I have grown foxglove, orfluer and water lilly plants. It appears they give no seeds and you cannot gather pollen from them. If this is correct, I will turn them to deco mode. I didn't want to do that until I verified.

That's right. They're decoraive only

Any plant that has no seeds or resources is only decorative.

(the rare seeds from the naturalist quest are the same way)
