I am looking to buy a castle with or without "stuff". Would love a secluded spot or one by the sea. Will buy with Siege gold or Great Lakes gold (at 8 to 1).

They may have been bluffing though...." i remember a couple days ago someone talking about that in general .he called it out quite a few times . he said he couldnt afford to place himself. i didnt know if he was just being nice . perhapse he wanted a reward . perhapse it was a trap (wouldnt be the first) but i asked him to show me anyway . he tossed up a gate and i went. once i realized it wasnt a trap, i took a quick look around. it took me a moment to figure where i was , but then i recognized the landscape north of umbra . im like ... dude i wont mention the poor guys name 'caus i think he was trying to be nice. (for those who dont know, on siege a castle or keep can only be placed in fel)
This is true on all shards, there ARE casles in malas on some shards but they were from a giveaway around SE launch, dev placed like the abyss ones, some players might not know the placement restriction though because on most shards malas looks like suburbia, you'd be lucky to find a 7x7.
well, i was thinking you can place them in trammel. i was just trying to point out there arent really castle plots just laying about on siege . were not that dead. that was just an honest mistake.
Someone stole the spot I found, they saw me placing or something because I didnt have the gold to place it and when I logged on the next day a keep was in the spot.
Someone stole the spot? Did you have yer deeds and other paperwork in order? Was the area clearly marked that is was fer yer future use when ever ya get around do it?

I have a castle I am looking to get rid of soon. It is located in the lovely swamps of Brit. The neighbors are a bit cranky but otherwise it is a fairly quiet neighborhood. What is the value of a castle these days?
I am interested, and I will pay a fair price Please keep me in mind. I would guess 10 - 15 (but then again I dont own one - hehehe) Maybe others have a better feel.
