The Juka and Meer have heard of the Gargoyle explosives that were used in the Raid on Britain and now want to find the left overs for themselves. They both have decided that these massive explosions would be useful in turning the tides of war, or at least maybe stave off war for the moment. Meer and Juka authorities have each set up raiding and scouting parties to search the countrysides for these mysterious barrels. They Must be stopped at all cost to avoid further bloodshed and unrest between the two Nations. The Napa Crucis has been called to intervene hoping to stop battles before they begin.
