New Construction South of Papua

Anyone know what's going on here? The location is south of the Papua blacksmith shop. I've got my own guess, but want to know what you all think. (And no, these screen shots are NOT from Retribution. The Trammel one was taken on Great Lakes and the Fel one was taken on Sonoma.)

Isn't that where the old Minax faction HQ used to be before it was moved to Fel?

LS has been like that for at least a couple years now. That area was around at the time of the ophidian invasions.

I don't know. Pre-dates my time playing UO. But I could swear there was nothing in that field, at least on the Trammel side. Now it looks like someone's dug a basement there.

Thats the old Minax base. Nothing new. Its been like that for years now.

Yeah, and it shows on AutoMap too. I guess I just don't remember seeing it there when the ophidians invaded. I must be losing my memory or something.

That whole area needs to get leveled.

It's odd that it doesn't show up on the Trammel Stratics map though. Could just be using it wrong, I guess.
