did this just start recently ? your third hop is also having an issue besides the rest. you running xp ?
i'm running wista, it started one month ago... but i'm not understand where is a problem, in tech support of my inet provider said,that problem in the server...
ya your isp/tech support has no idea what they are talking about. next time you talk to them, ask them if there is any maintenance being done but I doubt they would even know the answer to that. vista does a decent job with the tcpip stack but check your rwin and mtu just to be sure. hopefully it won't last forever, good luck.
