I play on Europa, and would be asking around 30 mils for such a scrappers. That is considering the fact that I see 13/14 LRC ones with no extra mods going between 17 and 20 mils.
There are a few floating around with just 13 or 14 lrc between 5 and 10 mil. (And some that are priced higher of course, but that does not mean they will ever sell.) I don't know how much the 5int is worth, though I would guess it might double the price because more mods are always better.
