The accounts management is no longer recognizing my credit card information I have always used. How do I correct this?

Please include the last 4 digits on the card, name on the card, the errors you are getting when attempting to use it as well as the following information: Name of the account: First and Last name on account: Email on account: Date of birth on account: Any codes activated on the account: Any character names found on the account: Phone number on the account: Secret Word: -Do not include your passwords.-
