Anyone know what piece the first piece is? I thought it was part of a boat or something. Any info greatly appreciated.

Quoted prices in a private message from a known rares dealer was as follows:

BLOCK - 30m
STAIRS (they are a rare facing type) - 40m
TENT piece - 10-15m
