Hey Y'all! I have decided to reactivate my account, but have a few questions I would like answered before I do so. I have previously played solely on Atlantic;However, this time I feel like I want a fresh start so i am wondering which shard would be the best option. I have read some of the other threads concerning this question and it seems like Pacific may be a good option. What do y'all think? Furthermore, as I will literally have nothing, the downside of a fresh start, I was wondering which template (race skills ect) would be best for my first character? With the rise in ingot consumption that is sure to come from the BOD changes, perhaps starting as the basic Blacksmith template (30 smith 30 tinker 30 miner 30 tailor - they expanded the basic templates since you last played, most likely). You can buy Smith, mining and tinker up to 40, Tailor to 33, in New Haven, and there are quests for rapid skill gain from 40 to 50 for those skills, that give tools with self-recharging 20 uses at +10. Collect and sell your BODs (training blacksmith with the iron ingots, and training Tailor up similarly, to get where you can pull colored ones) and work mining up to where you can mine all ores. Once you get the money for (or make) a decent suit of a type for your next character, start them. Then again, as the craftsman Mod, I'm biased....
