i seem to remember it being an early event item, but i could be mistaken =) its been a long long time for me. Umm try taking it to the rares forum?

yes it is a doggy dupe from a previous event item, kept the color and lost the name. However as for a pc i have seen them for sale from 25m-50m but that was some time ago so maybe more or less.
