[Carpentry] Reforging Woodland Armor with "Vicious/of Slaughter"

I am trying to imbue some Woodland Armor with the "Vicious/of Slaughter" option, but it is not available to select. I have seen Woodland armor pieces for sale with the "Vicious/of Slaughter" tag, so it must be possible. Anybody know how I can enable this option to be selected using Runic Dovetail Saws?

Only oak runic can choose Vucious/of Slauger.

Ahhhhhh, thanks for the info. Strange they only the lowest level has the most selections possible.
