Request for a return of the Heritage Token

We used to be able to buy these in the EA store. They are the *only* way to get ladders for keeps or castles, since keeps and castles do not come with ladders. Further, if a castle or keep goes IDOC and falls, the ladders thereon go *poof*!

Since these tokens are no longer available, it is only a matter of time before there is no way to get ladders if one needs one.

Please consider adding them back in for purchase at the EA store.

@ MalagAste - I play on Siege and need 4 ladders. I know another guildmate just placed as well, so they would need 5. But we are talking Siege. . . .

@ Kelmo - Yes, I think that is one possibility. But one way or another, I think they either need to stick them back in the store, or make them craftable. My suspicion is that this has slipped beneath their radar, which is why I thought posting about it might be timely. From their perspective, making them available in the store is a better (i.e. $$) option. I think there might still be some available for purchase from others on Siege, but as we know, that is always an iffy thing.

hmm if you and your friend can aford them I can sell you the 4 and 5 tokens you need on siege.... yes I have enough extra. Call me a softy....

Oh I agree that ladders and many dozens of things should be made craftable.... like those lovely benches that we got as rubble.... what I wouldn't give to be able to make those... though trouble is they like many other things only face 2 directions not all 4 like they should!!!!!!

There is a project for GrimmOmen: Start putting in all 4 facings for furniture... start with chairs, move on to beds, chests, paintings... sculptures and such. I totally love the throne style chair... but sadly it only faces 2 directions making it useless for most purposes.


And sorry to say I gave all my Siege stuff away to someone last Christmas in return for GL's stuff... Otherwise I would have given you some.

@ MalagAste - that's alright - the thought was there. I doubt the developers have time to tinker with that sort of option nowadays, but it would have been cool if it had been done.

@ Kelmo - eh eh - thanks for the plug. Yeah, I'm working on Book 2 now, mostly on my lunch hours at the dayjob.

I wonder if it's on the legacy token that they are selling at the origin store. However it doesn't give a complete listing of everything it offers, only the robe of shadows, the charger and the soulstone.

Nope. Not on the Legacy Token. But the Legacy Token gives us one precious item that is useful on Siege - it can give you a soulstone!

@ Flutter - I sorta agree. Much easier for them to just stick them back in the store - and that way they would make money off of them.

Those are just some of what you can get. They may be the only good items but not the only.

I could have sworn they had more and when I read what the product description said I thought I remembered correctly:

Perhaps the legacy token is combined with older tokens. No idea and personally I am not interested enough in paying for the token to find out. If there really are only three then it needs to fix the description badly. If there are indeed more items added then they really need to list them, people would want to know what they are paying for and most would rather not gamble.

There are still plenty of heritage tokens in circulation. I've sold probably 150 in the past month with 50 more on my vendor. I read this thread and don't see heritage tokens being the problem, I see the low population and 1 character per account limit of Siege being what got in your way.

I guaranty you they did not add anything to the Legacy Token. As a Siege player who seems to need a soulstone every few months, I have purchased a Legacy Token quite recently and it still only gives you the three options of horse, robe, or soulstone.

Thats about the amount I lost with the house of my unintended inactive account.

They could also make it a clean-up item....the ladders I mean.

Just go buy some tokens lol. We don't need any more free stuff. Plus, they were a special gift for the 10th anniversary. It will ruin the special quality of those gifts to simply give them out again.

I think that's the problem here, EA doesn't sell them. You can only buy them from players and the OP is needing them on Siege.

Well I know it sucks but you could xshard here to Cats and take them home back to Siege..

We were simply trying to address a shortage on our shard, sir. Not the lil hafling shard you play on. If you ever get up the courage to try Siege then maybe you can speak informed.

You cannot transfer to or from Siege. If we could I would have transferred there long ago

Long ago that would have been worthwhile, it used to be a great server to play on, but that was before transfers existed at all...
