   I finished all the quests in Deepholm now the portal to stormwind is gone, how do I get out?
   My hearthstone is set to Deepholm so I cant use that.

   A WoW GM fixed it for me. They did some kind of reset on my account.
   WoW ingame support is pretty good.

   Probably phasing issue to do with some of the last quests for SoH, As they take over the quest room.
