Junk nothing, at best deco even then I wouldn't, wish they would tweak the loot a little more so that this stuff wouldn't have so many negatives on them. Amount of sick loot I'm hording for just in case!
Ya, the 25 splinter is really nice, but every hit with splinter takes off about 10 durability and that weapon cannot be repaired, and is brittle, it would last about 10 min of fighting, maybe.
I keep all the legendary ones with partly 30% Splintering and crazy mods - even they cursed, brittle and not repairable - people love them for using them at the Duel Halls since they not lootable Its for their EGO lol - they spend crazy amounts for it!
with an area effect like that its no good for pvp, unless you want everyone on your back when ya run into a crowd. but ya, with the splinter and brittle that really makes it a one night weapon for pvp.
