   I have wandered around for months checking player vendors only to find the ones that I already have 100's of from doing quests.
   
   If anyone knows of a good place to look for them please post it up!

   i think most of the people stopped doing the quest to get them a long time ago.
   once everyone has all the recipes then there is no use to get more and stock them.
   
   and since runics are all but useless there are no more farmers doing those either it seems.
   
   ya may have to go in and sit down and do the quests yourself!!!!
