Is it still possible to make 100% HML and 100% Elemental Damage Weapon?
well... depends on the weapon, I guess. What was possible before, and what was your method?
Today you could use a shadow hammer, and reforge a, say, longsword to 100 elemental damage, then you could simply imbue it to 100%...
It was possible before, when you could reforge a 100% elemental damage weapon and then reforge it again with new properties.
The system didn't consider 100% elemental as a property, so you could do that.
That is sadly no longer the case.

I depends on weapon type and elemental type. You can reforge a metal weapon to 100 HLL and 70% elemental damage then enhance it to 100% elemental.
