So far I've spent 11 days using "My Questions" to talk to ea back and forth. My issue is that my 6th character slot (Yes, the ML one, not the other token) has vanished. They have came down to the fact that they have said they can only help me if I give them my ML upgrade code. Well.. My email only saves (even new emails) for so long, then deletes them also. That Email is no longer there. EA says they don't have my ML code. But, shouldn't they see that my code is already active (ML upgrade)? Anyways.. 11 days is a long time, I was going to give them to COB Monday to see if it gets resolved.
