    30 DAY GAMETIME??????????????????

    Seriously how long does it take for them to add it to that shambles of a site called Origin Shop??????
    Jeff allready said it was gonna get added, but in which decade????

    C'mon!!!!!!! I want to play but will NEVER give my CC details again to EA after the farce of trying to get connected after migration and being billed 6 times for 1 account i still couldnt access.

    For me (and others) i will not be back untill 30 day gametime codes are added again.
    If my house falls before their added then thats it for me, im not starting again for the 7th time. I'll simply move on and try and keep some happy memories of UO rather than the last 12 months....

    Really?? not when i look on the site, only 30 days gametime with the account upgrade. This on the US site?

    Unfortunatly not. Just checked on the US site. Only 3 month and 6 month gametime cards available still.

    Pinco, you cannot shop at any site other than the one you get directed to. It's been that way for a while.

    As to the 30 Days Gametime, yes, it's still not available on the US site. It's beyond freaking ridiculous at this point.

    I seriously hope Jeff realizes just how many players have absolutely had it with this crap. Between the screwed up account migration, CC fiascoes, inability to buy what you want in a quantity you want at the EA Store and the absolute worst customer service in all of industry, it's a freaking miracle this game has any players left.

    other than the poorly designed website, I didn't have any problems migrating once I figured it out - did you click the back button or something when you were waiting for the billing confirmation or something out of impatience? (you're not supposed to do that you know or it bills you multiple times - alot of websites warn you against doing that)

    Wow and i mean that. Was somebody reading these boards today lol :)
    Problem solved.
    Next problem..........
    .....I go to input the EA GAMECARD i bought (yes i have everything set up allready, just wouldn't buy UO time yet)
    now i'm getting an error message of ,
    "You currently have an existing cash wallet that does not match the currency associated with the retail card code entered. We cannot apply this code to your account. If you need further assistance, click the “Contact Us” link at support.ea.com."

    WTF!!!! All i wanted to do was play, it shouldn't be this hard to PAY somebody. 1st rule of online gaming management, *Make sure we can get their money,don't care if the game works or not. GET THEIR CASH*
    Is EA that fat now they can't take anymore????

    I'm done. Letting the house fall for the last time, deleted game off hard-drive. So long and thanks for all the fish.

    Well lucky for you guys, you now have 27 UO items to buy, we in Australia have 12.

    Any existing player cannot upgrade their account to SA.
    Any existing player cannot purchase High Seas

    Not to mention the other 15 missing items available to the USA. Funny thing is we pay the same subscription fee to play yet are not offered the same content. Are they offering us a discount on our subscription due to the fact we are not getting the same content? ............... NO.

    This is not just 'nice' to have items this is like the main part of the game structure, a whole expansion and it's booster. I will be closing my accounts and not returning if the problem isn't fixed real soon, and by soon I mean within a few of weeks. Been hassling to purchase High Seas for close to 3 months with emails and posts and for some reason this company is just totally USELESS and those in marketing in any other company would be sacked on the current performance level.

    What's weird though is, now there are 27 items, but I see I think three items that were added. So which two were removed I wonder. I'll have to find my old post where I had listed them all.

    It must really suck to work on the development end of this game only to see the end users leave because the bean-counting department and customer service department don't even know the basics of proper communication within their own organization or the paying customers. I had to find out how to edit my CC info from the lovely people at Stratics because the on-line "support" was unable to do so. One suggestion to me was to let my subscription expire, wait a bit, then re-register with the new CC info. Uh... what? I tried to email them back a link to the Stratics site but when I clicked reply, it changed the email addy from "[email protected]" to "[email protected]". How wonderful! To all the development team... I feel so bad that you work on such a great game only to be stymied by imbeciles that obviously don't give a rat's a** about their job...
