30 Day Game Codes - please do not just credit my account and move my billing date.

    The 30 day credit really does not do me any justice but if it is so make sure it is a game code i can transfer and not an adjustment to my billing.

    I would much rather have a credit in UO store or an additional vet reward choice.

    Back during the account system changeover, I was given 2 weeks on one account, 6 weeks on another, that I never asked for - and it screwed up my carefully constructed payment plan. I went from 3 accounts paying for 6 months, 1 per month in 3 consecutive months (then 3 months off), to suddenly having all 3 due within 3 weeks of each other, 2 on the same day. I STILL haven't managed to get them back to the 3/0/3/0 pattern 15 months later (though I MIGHT be back to it next month).

    There needs to be more compensation for those affected (of which I am not). Say, a soulstone (such as SE shipped with) and/or an advanced character token (like UO Gold).

    I agree - my accounts were carefully spread throughout the year for a reason - so I never paid too much all in one month. In addition - it is nice to be able to pay 6 months at a time on each account and plan certain months payment free for Christmas, Tax season, etc. I'd much rather have a credit at the origin Store of equivalent value - or additional veteran rewards.

    back on the old billing system I was given credit over the years and it built up to six months or so..... because I was on auto-billing it never got used, so one time I tried removing my billing information to make it kick in... the credits disappeared, my account was not credited and the way I found this out was that my house went into decay

    make sure you get a code, and not time added to your account

    I prefer a game time code, credit in the store, or additional vet reward choices. This will allow for us to make the decision to claim, sell, or stash away for a rainy day. We had no control on the revert, nor control in the loss of items. Allow us to control and decide how we will use our compensation for this drastic revert to our game. Just my thoughts...

    Lol, they closed my 2nd account that plays Atlantic (easier when i'm in US with work on the ping) at 29 days. I allways thought it was a 30 day sub we bought.
    Seems EA/Mythic has no prob with stealing from us either during their biggest cock-up this year.
    So yes you can acctivate my account for its free 30 days now as i wont be activating it again untill compensation has been paid...i've been screwed over enough this year by EA/Mythic.

    Personal i would also prefere a gift ticket for origin store so i can decide what i would have for compensation - but since i wasnt impacted by this revert, i dont need anything anyway...give it to the ones who got hit by this...and only them...if its possible to do such a "clean" sortout.....
