I just wanted to remind folks that the Baja Roleplayers Alliance is considered to be an Out of Character Organization.

While we're all friends and allies OOC; the communities, villages, and kingdoms within our alliance are welcome to make allies and enemies with one another as they see fit IC. Some Kingdoms are going to create political alliances. Some might declare war on each other and use the alliance features to engage in controlled Player vs. Player combat.

When we conduct the alliance in character I usually consider Nicholas to be representative of the Kingdom of Dawn; but you're welcome to make treaties, hold court, and engage in games of political intrigue.
