Not a good morning so far.. Gametime on one account ran out, so off to Origin store to buy more - should be no problem, done that dozens of times.... except Origin kept letting me put in name and password before popping up 'we are experiencing some problems, please try again'. Wait a bit, try again... After the fifth try, finally get in. Find the gametime, buy it, all seems OK. Go to account management - where I've been dozens of times - and ... password not accepted. After a couple of tries, choose the 'reset password' option (maybe I've got it wrong, unlikely but still...) - and back we go to 'we are experiencing problems' messages. Finally get it to work, get the reset email, use it, change password, it's accepted - and then go to account management, put in the new password, and it's rejected again... Luckily I have a couple of days before I'm meant to be running or doing anything important in-game, but this is AFTER a load of work fixing the account management servers? Edit : And now the account management login is locked for 30 minutes - good job I don't have to head off to work and have a 12 hour wait to even TRY again! Online payments are nothing new, not that complex, and done efficiently and quickly by literally thousands of companies.... but not EA Edit 2 : Two hours later, the account management page let me in, and accepted the code.
