I just hung up the phone having called EA Customer Support and asking which of the TWO Change Password Buttons on the Account MisManagement Page is for changing my login password to play Ultima Online. After placing me on hold THREE times I was told there is No WAY for me to change my login password. I was told TWICE that only an EA Customer Rep is allowed to change my password and email it to me. This is utterly insane! I have endured the worst customer service from any company known to man, EA, until I can take it no longer. They really could NOT care less if we close accounts and NEVER do ANY business with EA again for so long as we live!
