Referring to the credit card thing not auto renewing. Wish someone would ****ing tell us what to do.
Its been far to long to be acceptable. No updates and when you call they hang up.
Right, boyfriend's account went down via this EA blunder after midnight coming on Saturday & remains down as of this Monday morning. He missed the two (2) EM hosted annual Halloween events that were held over the weekend on Atlantic (I didn't participate either as didn't want to rub salt in wound). He'll be having to call & take time with CS tonight after working all day... There is no phone support over the weekend as the email notification does note M-F; then, live chat was not intuitive enough for him to find any help there............ On the upside we got two days of good mountain trail to summit hiking in o'er the weekend .
Exactly what happened to me,was pissed that it happened on a weekend.:gun:
*UPDATE* Called CS,talked to a guy named Rondell. Seems that all that needed to be done is to just reactivate closed accts. Somehow the auto renew option was turned off on my accts due to the migration issue. Actually, it was pretty quick and painless. Hope this helps everyone who had the same problem.

Was hesitant to invoke that option from the EA account page for fear of double billing or worse given the reports over the past couple months. Guessing they did not offer you any door prize or coupon for free hand tossed one top pizza for your troubles ?
Actually got a 15% discount code to be applied on my next purchase and ****, i didnt even think about being doubled billed! Now ill have to check that out.:gun:
