Advice with uogamecodes pls?

    ello there

    after trying for nearly a week i thought id ask for advice here?

    im trying to buy a 7th char slot off uogamecodes.com but its saying my accounts not old enough when it asks to log in and its a vet account?
    ive tryied with all my accounts my sisters and my girlfriends but there all say the same?
    ive emailed them 2-3 times with sadly no reply

    i was just wondering if anyone else has had the trouble and does anyone know how to fix ti?

    I've had the same problem trying to buy the exact same code. No idea how to change it but you aren't alone.

    Try a different browser as well. I use my firefox that I regularly update and never had a problem with the site.

    I use firefox as well and never had a problem. Although the last time I did buy something was a few months back... But I got the SA expansion and 7th character slot/increased storage combo all on the day SA was released and had zero problems when other people were having a heck of a time. If your not using firefox, give it a whirl, it might help.
     
  6. your best bet would be just to call them or email them and try to get the code that way. Or try a different browser as well.

    thxs for replys guys but sadly still no luck
    i tryied IE and firefox and still i cant log in still says same "ERROR: You cannot make a store purchase because the account you logged in with is too new. Accounts must be older than 30 days in order to purchase anything other than an account creation code or Game Time."
    ive emailed them 2-3 times now with no reply and phoneing them would cost me a fortune as i live in the uk

    I clicked for UPGRADE codes and they sent me NEW ACCOUNT codes, on the 24th of December and its still not fixed. :(

    I have a couple of newer accounts that I had not upgraded yet so I went to the website and ordered an upgrade code for one of them. In the checkout area I picked a random UO account (not the same one I would use the code on) and used that login and password. It checked me out fine and within minutes I received the code in my email. I am in the US and am using IE7. The code applied fine to the account I had originally purchased it for.
    Are you sure you are typing in the correct login and password for your UO account? If you have an extra UO account, can you try it instead? I have never had any issues with uogamecodes.com.

    tryied all my accounts, my girlfriends and my sisters and none work =-/
    emailed them again and still no reply i take it they dont want my money lol

    Well dang! That sucks. And you cleared all your temporary internet files, cookies etc. ??? That's the only other thing I can think of.

    does anyone know what happens when u buy the 7th char slot?

    does it go on the account u log in to uogamecodes with or is it a code sent out to u by email meaning i could put it on any of my accounts?

    IIRC, when I got it a couple years ago, it was a code entered on the account management page.

    I was having problems ordering too, so I put in a ticket with EA support. Took nearly a week but they finally replied and said I could order via email. Gave me the procedures to follow, etc. Just tried the email option last night so we'll see how long it takes to get the codes mailed to me.

    tryied emailing a few times with no reply =-/
    its letting me log on to uogamecodes with one of my accounts now but its not the account i want the 7th char slot on thats why i was wondering if they send u a email with a code to put in the account or if they put it straight on your account meaning the account u log in with?

    No, the code is not automatically applied. They send it to you and then you go into account management and apply it to the account of your choosing.

    I'm waiting for over a week for an answer by the ea support regarding uogamecodes. please get this thing running again asap!
