Again troubles on EUROPA! Restart doesn't want work correctly.

    Help our shard!
    Also our players want compensation for all tortures!
    It down every day. And now it down. Restart doesn't want work correctly.
    Find more responsible people for our problem!

    That's right, dear developers, need at least some compensation, and most importantly repair the server please !!!

    give me a break this happened on ATL for.months it will get fixed.

    Just do what we did.. post it.. wait... and make a game out of it.

    compensation?? really? just deal.. and like everything else.. i sure they are working on it.. they might not post it.. but they are.. its not some sick joke.. they have our best interest at heart. they are a small staff and do what they can.

    go play in 97 and say stuff is bad now.

    Although it's unfortunate your shard isn't working...seriously no shard has had more problems than Atlantic, like Azmodanb said we just had fun with it and made a game on Stratics discussing it. Not to mention the reverts that happened on Atlantic literally daily for almost a month, and the great December 2012 revert that reverted the shard by an entire month. Every Atlantic player is extremely used to this, at this point we are surprised when our shard works correctly to be perfectly honest lol.

    But we need to see what that work on correcting errors that week, none of the administration did not see the error.For a week as it was possible to see that the server is running badly. I do not scold developers, I'm just asking to pay for it all many great understand that they have a small staff and other.....

    This is probably the sorriest excuse of a post as Ive ever read on these forums.

    Apologetics like you making excuses for a company that is happy to take peoples money but offers little to nothing in the way of customer service.

    "Make a game of it" - people are paying money for UO as advertised and shouldnt have to make a game of it.

    "i sure they are working on it" - apart from the appalling grammar, this may be true, but at least keep your customers informed rather than one work replies such as 'investigating' and still nothing in the way of an apology.

    "they have our best interest at heart" - do they? The none existent level of customer service suggests otherwise.

    "they are a small staff and do what they can" - Tough! Thats not the paying customers problem. If Broadsword cannot operate the game properly for whatever contracted out fee that they agreed with EA, then they should not have signed up to it.

    "go play in 97 and say stuff is bad now" - Pathetic. If you cant see why then you really do have no clue.

    Your post is completely asinine.

    Yes, now not 97 year, 2015, and we need concrete dates of changes in game(addon/publish), dates of when will be fixed some problems. It is civilized customer-oriented approach.
    If this company have small staff, it is not my problem and not problem another players, it is problem management this company. We go to meeting this company with some failures, also we show miracles of patience. But what in reply? Ignore? And full unwillingness to recognize mistakes?

    I am with the Craftsman on this one, particularly on a couple of points. The number of staff Broadsword employ is their problem not their paying customers. We pay for a service and get a pathetic excuse for one, I use the word pathetic but measured against the true situation that is almost praise.

    Then there is the 'probability' that they are working on it. Probably means just that, they may be, but there remains the possibility that they are not. It is an arrogant attitude to ignore your customers who have a reason to complain and a reasonable expectation of being informed of what is happening. Without that, a natural inclination is to assume that they do not know about it. There was a post made days ago about the unstable server on Europa and yet is was a week later that a second problem was 'discovered' . Now the larger fault was the server not returning after server down (unacknowledged for 9 hours) which was resolved. So it remains that the second fault they 'discovered' has to be the unstable server. I often see it in posts here that the Devs do not have to read these forums, the game has no dedicated forum of its own so perhaps they damn well should.

    I fail to see the relevance of the huge problems once experienced by Atlantic to the current situation. The argument seems to be that because it happened then that somehow makes it ok now. I find this a strange concept, what happened then should not have and what is happening now shouldn't be, one does NOT justify the other.

    I also find odd the suggestion we should 'make a game of it' I suspect the majority of us do not want to do that but would prefer to play the game we have paid to play. I personally could care less about compensation but I would certainly like to do just that.

    You completely miss the point. No one is crying, but people have a right to complain when they do not receive the level of service that they pay for.

    Yeah this is the problem. Over the last few years it seems whatever crap gets thrown at us people swoon and say thank you may we have another. Compensated? Sure I can see em asking for that, they paid for time that they are not getting! Unless one of the apologists we have on board here want to claim downtime as a part of "gameplay may change without notice" lol.

    We are in the shape we are in because not enough people hold the devs feet to the fire, and hold them responsible for anything. It's always some story, old code, small staff, blah blah blah. And for the record, it isnt '97 any longer. Technology and experience working with it have progressed.

    I remember the time Atl went down and people ranted and raved for days and char were stuck or missing in xfers. Pretty sure game time was credited and pixels promises offer that was never received.

    Europa will have an extended maintenance Tuesday March 24th and will be down from 11pm to 2am EST to resolve the hardware issue.
