    Both are still available and easy to get.

    Are you sure? I'm fairly certain that it was a quest from back when "Old Haven" was still around. It went boom, quest gone. 99.9% sure. I could be wrong. Don't quote me though.

    She's now in the room at the back of the New Haven tailors, and the quest - get her a fancy dress, rewards are an old ring and an old necklace - still works. You can even buy one from the tailor in the front room, and use that to complete the 'quest'....

    The quest for the red books and peppercorn fish steaks work as well so those are also still common. I'm including that for any new collectors in case they are unaware.
