anyone having this issue

    when i double click on my uo icon it sits for a few min then i get this message

    the patch client was unable to retrieve the file [patcher.prod.sig] from
    the patch server (0 total errors encountered). Please try the patch
    operation again in a short while.

    so im guessing there's a patch and they broke it? lol

    Try looking in the task manager for UO or any UO exe running and close it. Try running again, and should be fine.

    tried that nothing also restarted computer as well and nothing im hoping i dont have to re download game, which i might have to

    maybe some problem with patch server. You can circumvent it by directly running:

    CC: client.exe
    EC: uosa.exe

    try closing out then right click and run as administrator

    Hopefully, they're working on the issue. It'd be nice to see an update on this and the Origin Store issue.

    Had the same issue today. But i was able to fix it by reconnecting to the internet/resetting my router. Maybe a few IPs got banned for something.

    I'm more inclined to suspect that, since they not too long ago moved a lot of UO servers and data handling on to Amazon cloud services, it's connected to their (Amazon cloud systems) North Virginia data centre problems.

    Find your UO Patch file folder and delete anything that's in there... then try running UO again.

    Set client.exe to run as administrator and UO Assist will start it without trouble

    I'm told that one of the Patch Servers is down and to please be patient they are aware of the problem and it's being fixed as we speak.
