    why the spawn rate Felluca side was reduced to match the one in tram??? Pain in the butt now to get my fame and karma high on red 4/6 chiv character when the Artic Olords I kill spawn OMGooses slow....was there really a good reason??? Also if was not a good reason who would be in favor of bringing it back up to what it was???

    They said the fast respawn was not intended and they fixed it. This happened close after the introduction of the 10th annivserary drops so I would guess someone whined or asked why and so they decided to fix it.

    The spawn rate was changed I believe to what it was intended to be. If I remember correctly the reason some monsters were re-spawning faster was because they were I think on the same sub server as a champ spawn and the increased spawn rate for the champ spawn bled over to the normal monsters spawn rate. So in a nut shell the rate was fixed.

    Why on earth would they "fix" it? I always assumed it was one of those "go to Fel" carrots, and tbh I loved it.

    It was really excellent to have my favourite spawns all to myself AND be able to hunt at a much faster rate than I would in Tram, and on the odd occasion that a PK came by and I bit the dirt, it didn't bother me because I set out with that as a possible outcome in my mind, and I'm sure it made their day ;)

    So again, why would this be removed? It didn't unbalance anything - if anything it balanced things somewhat.

    Edit: Just to be clear, I understand it was removed because it was unintentional, but daily rares spawns are unintentional also and I don't see them "fixing" them, 'cos there's no reason to. Same with this.

    I think one of the other reasons they were fixed was because some folks were unattended farming gold from the fast re-spawning monsters and by slowing down the spawn to what it is supposed to be it made it take longer to farm gold.

    Okays...Thanks all for the replys...dont make any sense to me as to why was "Fixed"....now that I think about it, it was around the Bag of Sending change...think had too do with the gold farmers. Okays...well shame they did it....was a nice "Risk v Reward" feature....guess back to tram to farm....alot less risk for the same reward....

    I to thought it was something that was originally intended to be.. Guess I could be wrong though. Didn't that start way back 'round publish 16? Kinda a long way off to "fix" something. Ehh.

    Plain Lord / Lady is still too much

    Dishonored should be best avail abosolutly 0 chance to get anything better.

    It was supposedly to do with the monsters spawning in the same region as champ spawns hence the quick respawn.

    I too loved the fast respawn, it was good fun not having to wait around doing rock all for a period of time after each kill.

    Again, it has to be said, they really need to do something to spruce up the legacy dungeons, because at the moment there is just no reason to go to them.

    How about an increased spawn rate?!?!?!?! Monsters spawn faster there than in the trammel copies.
     
  12. I think it was 10th anni drop related, people complained that they "had to" go to fel. I think it was also something to do with champ spawns.

    The respawn rate at the demon temple seems unaffected. Though you'll probably have to fight factioners for it now.

    As others have stated in reply, Jeremy told us that the Felucca re-spawn rate was higher than intended, in some cases considerably higher.

    I have still found the Felucca spawn rate to be higher than the Trammel spawn rate, just not as fast as it was pre-fix. Also keep in mind that Felucca has double resources, double fame, double karma (is this right? I know it's got double fame, I'm not 100% on double karma).
