Accounts Management loses billing information on accounts that are set up to AUTOMATICALLY-PAY via a valid credit card. Two more of my long standing accounts have lost their billing information again and it's all due to the fact that the new Account Management System does NOT honor the subscription information which implies it will automatically deduct AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS VIA THE CREDIT CARD. It seems they mean to do this only ONCE. Why can't they say so? They leave it UP TO YOU TO CHECK YOUR ACCOUNTS ALL THE TIME. MAKE SURE THE PAYMENT INFORMATION YOU SUPPLIED IS STILL THERE WHERE IT SHOULD BE. At least check to see when it is due and keep a record and check your account before payment comes due. If the informatiion is missing then subscribe again. You will not receive any warning before they close an account that has no billing information when the account payment is due. This is what you see in ACCOUNT' MANAGEMENT just before an account is closed - without warning: Look: It says my Account is active - BUT the payment is due Sept 4th, 2012 and the account now has NO BILLING INFORMATION, just N/A. ACTION TAKEN: I emptied two houses, demolished them, and stripped all characters of their personal belongings from packs and banks (also on all shards if any). RESULT: no losses except for the payments to Account Management.
