Billing Errors

    Not sure what is going on with uo, my credit card was billed last week for my account and i still can't access it, I contacted uo a week ago, and the customer service is crappy as usual. I spent an hour on the phone with the 800 number to finally be told they don't help with online versions, that I had to contact the website. Still waiting for a reply there.

    I know I'm not the only one who had this problem a guildie of mine couldn't get into her account for a week after her card was billed.



    Are you doing anything to fix this bug Jeremy? I'm paying for a service I can't access

    Best way is to email billing and/or Jeremy herself.

    Identify your account name (not password) and a full description of the issue. Jeremy should be able to take it from there, and I am sure she will reply if any more information is needed.

  6. if you read when you're in acct mgmt it tells you: Note: Make sure funds are available 5-7 days prior to your billing date. Your account will be preauthorized to ensure continual game play.

    they pre bill you prior to your due date.. they place a temp hold to see if your funds are aval.. if thye aren't of course you can't play.

    Also check the basic stupid things. Like make sure your typing the proper password and sometimes you can accidentally add an extra letter to your username and not notice it. I'm not sure if passwords are case sensitive for UO or not. But could check that also.

    They are case sensitive. I tried several times recently before realizing my kid had hit the caps lock key. :)

    I dont think that is the case here thou. My payment was refunded this morning, it was never posted to my account.
    As far as my friends problem with that just had the same issue with her payment and account. Her payment was posted to someone else account.

    I'm guessing that is why the billing dept has been down since yesterday.

    As far as the wrong password extra, I have been onto my account info page and it shows my account has been suspended for no game time coupon
