Blood Oath and Alchemy are bugged (explanations inside)

  1. I was doing some tests and I noticed that blood oath and alchemy are bugged.

    First, Blood oath doesn't take count of the resisting spell skill like it should do with pub 48 !
    Since pub 48, Resisting Spells now reduces a percentage of Blood Oath damage by the following formula:
    ((Resisting Spells Skill x 10) / 20) + 10 = percentage of damage resisted.

    Secondly, Alchemist doesn't receive the ability to have their EP Cap set at 80% (Master ones) like its explained in pub 46:
    Enhance Potion from items is now capped at 50. Player characters with Alchemy skill receive an inherent bonus to Enhance Potion that can exceed this cap. The bonus to Enhance Potion equates to +10% for every 33 points of Alchemy (i.e., 80% at GM Alchemy).

    Ever think that maybe it was only supposed to be resisted in PvM? The nerf necro bs that goes on on these boards is unbelievable. Necros need help, not nerfings. Resist spells reduces blood oathe duration. Remove curse, either the spell or apples or talismen, removes blood oathe. Blood oathe increases the opponent's damage done to the necro. Resist spells should NOT reduce blood oathe damage done to yourself.
