Alright, I think I am stuck hitting a wall here. I bought some Legacy Token codes over the phone. Got the e-mail with the codes. Went into the game, pressed Help button-->Promotional codes. Copied the codes (one at time, mind you) from the e-mail using CTRL-C and then pasted them into UO Promotional Code gump using CTRL-V. That is, NO CHANCE to have mistyped them. I also made sure there was no space left after the last letter of the code. That is, I entered exactly the same codes I received with the e-mail. No way. Codes do not work. Always get a failed code message as a result of applying the codes. For ALL of them. Alright, contact ea support. Well, after almost 2 weeks of messaging BACK and forth I get some replacement codes so I go to UO, apply the replacement codes .........and.......... they do not work either !! So, ea support cannot help me. I guess I will try Game Masters help, then. So I page for Game Master help and get a reply saying : Now, what should a customer then do ?? I tried ea support (dragged on for about 2 weeks !!) to no result. I tried in game Game Masters support and nothing as well. Can someone please tell me "what" support a customer needs to resort to in such cases ? I am clueless (and feel helpless) at this point. I just would like my damn Legacy Token codes to work !!
