    If you use heph shield and town bonus you can look for a 3 fcr and might have better luck our have way more options

    Unfortunately with the player base being so low, most west coast shards don't have active mayors and/or town buffs...Catching them to keep it consistent is damn near impossible.

    The Heph is a viable option for a parry mage, but for a necro it would be a bit pointless :(

    Good suggestions though!
