[CA Europe Notice] [Notice] Browser issue when charging Nexon Cash

    Dear Nexonians,

    We have recently upgraded our website infrastructure and have become aware of an issue affecting users trying to charge Nexon Cash to their account.

    Currently all website users may be unable to charge Nexon Cash using any browser other than Internet Explorer. Of course, we are in the process of fixing this issue but we ask that if you would like to charge cash in the meantime that you please use the Internet Explorer browser.

    We do not have an exact time for when the charging will be fully available with other browsers (such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox), but we aim to have this operational as soon as possible.
