Cal - Your customers deserve some real answers on what is being done with the game code debacle. None of the smoozy double talk. Who is responsible? Why does this keep recurring with every new thing EA has to sell us? Why does it take days to get a purchase transaction issue escalated to tier 3 support? Are you asking these questions of other EA teams? Are you getting timely answers? Lastly, are we getting the mushroom treatment? I have waited patiently now for a week to see these issues resolved before attempting to upgrade my accounts. I refuse to risk the hassle until I feel sure EA has taken steps to correct them once and for all.
