Can you negate the negative hp regen that comes with lich form with the use of +hp regen items, if so, how much +hp regen do you need from items to negate it?

you can and it's only like +3hp regen
  3. I think lich form is -2, being human is +2.

Lich Form is -5 HP Regen, Being Human is +2, so another +3 from items/armor, would negate it, as that woould be +5 total.
