Can mitigate the effects of stamina loss after big hits?

    Hi all,

Im have not really studied the effects of big hits (50s and above dmg) have on stamina loss, but does all physical hits (not spells) of similar dmg result in the same amount of stamina loss? This is from mobs, not players with macing.

In other words, does a single hit from Mob A and Mob B, both doing 50 dmg, results in the same amount of stamina loss? Or does 50 dmg directly translate to 50 stam loss? Whilst it is easy to see the damage you take from the mobs via the floating numbers, the loss in stamina may not be that noticeable until its too late...

Is there anyway to actively prevent such loss, or do we just have to "suck it up"?

I don`t know the exact science behind Stamina loss. However, there are two rules to apply to stamina loss recovery.

    1) Divine Fury
    2) Stamina Pots

The above mentioned items are the only true Stamina mitigation. Besides, never getting hit in the first place,
